Job Summary

You’ll handle simple to moderately complex media projects, coordinate with internal teams, manage project workflows, monitor quality, and support improvements in delivery processes. The role requires strong Excel skills and good communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage low-complexity media projects from setup to delivery.

• Coordinate with commercial teams for communication and project setup.

• Conduct feasibility checks and calculate project costs.

• Set up projects in internal tools and maintain project master files.

• Brief panel teams and define project requirements.

• Recommend the best project approach to ensure smooth execution.

• Supervise and guide project managers, including briefing and monitoring.

• Perform quality checks, monitor implementation rates and ratings.

• Handle reporting, communication, and troubleshooting.

• Document issues, train project managers, and optimize project workflows.

• Support IT and GMS-related projects when needed.

• Drive improvements in delivery processes.

• Guide, train, and coordinate freelancers.

• Plan and manage freelancer resources.

• Support product management activities.

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel skills

• Strong English communication

• Knowledge of MS Office and Google tools

• Basic understanding of project processes and workflows
