Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Process Improvement

• Gather data from databases, data warehouses, and modelling tools, and identify patterns.

• Develop and maintain record management processes and policies.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs.

• Provide sales data, insights, proposals, and account reviews to clients.

• Automate data processes and improve efficiency.

• Evaluate and implement external tools for data validation and cleansing.

• Produce and track business KPIs.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Work with clients to understand data requirements in detail.

• Create and analyze surveys based on customer needs.

• Interpret complex datasets and generate reports using analytics tools.

• Build dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to highlight business performance and competitive benchmarks.

As an Associate Analyst, you will support loan operations and financial documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in daily transactions. Key Responsibilities

Loan Processing & Documentation

• Prepare, review, and process loan-related documentation with precision.

• Book cash transactions, initiate payments, and perform reconciliations.

• Manage day-to-day transactional processing and ensure data integrity.

Client Interaction & Issue Resolution

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify, document, and resolve issues related to loan documentation.
