General expectations:
The person needs to be:
* A highly self-motivated individual, who is comfortable multi-tasking and to be working in the ever-changing and ever-demanding landscape of startups.
* Great in written and spoken communication skills (preferably have their own blogs, social-media accounts, or has been consistently writing on platforms like Medium/LinkedIn).
* Good at public speaking and at creating presentations .
* An extroverted personality (because networking and constant conversations can otherwise be exhausting).
* Willing to travel (eventually).
* Someone who thrives in creative thinking and is camera-friendly.
* (Preferably) knows Hindi too.
* To work out of Zoho - Chennai office.
Specific Expectations:
* At first, needs to understand and learn the fundamentals of the Zoho for Startups program, and the key operating areas.
* Handle Level-1 and Level-2 tickets from startup users/prospects, in order to understand which parts of the program can be more automated.
* Must have experience and understanding of what SaaS is and a fair understanding of the software requirements of early-stage startups.
* Must understand data structures and be good at creating dashboards and manage data.
* Will be eventually responsible for the launch and expansion of Zoho for Startups in regions where Zoho is growing (includes extensive research, expanding network, finding scope for new collaborations, finding startup-related events, collating data).
* Will be responsible for creating and maintaining concise documentation of Zoho for Startups infrastructure.
