Job Summary

The Business Analyst – Global Analytics will play a key role in connecting business and commercial logic, executing plans to improve profitability, and collaborating with multiple teams such as Operations, Sales, Pricing, and Product. This role requires strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and the capability to transform data into meaningful business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage usage-based commercial flows by conducting cost impact analysis, defining recommendations, and coordinating implementation.

• Work with Routing, Carrier, Deal Desk, and CMT teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of commercial data.

• Utilize Excel, Tableau BI, and SQL to investigate data, identify anomalies, and provide actionable business insights.

• Improve and automate existing cost monitoring processes to enhance efficiency.

• Collaborate across functions to safeguard and strengthen business profitability.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, Tableau, and SQL.

• Ability to analyze data and identify trends, variances, and anomalies.

• Experience in creating data-driven business recommendations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification
