Job Summary

The Global Operations Analyst will be part of the Customer Data and Sales Insights team. This role focuses on managing distributor Point of Sale (POS) data, supporting data quality initiatives, improving operational processes, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

    • 12 PM – 9 PM IST (Male & Female)

    • 3 PM – 12 AM IST (Male only, as per requirement)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with distributors to collect, validate, and maintain accurate POS data

  • Cleanse, extract, and map data following defined operational processes

  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis to identify gaps and resolve data issues

  • Support process improvements through system and workflow enhancements

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners

  • Manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in data management, operations, or process improvement

  • Strong proficiency in the English language

  • Experience with CRM tools and database management

  • Familiarity with SAP CRM is an advantage

  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in sales support or working with third-party vendors
