KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking a Data Management Analyst. 

The Data Management Analyst is responsible for the successful execution of and problem solving related to advanced technical processes and procedures, resulting in high quality, timely deliverables for internal and external clients.  In addition, this person is responsible for coordinating with others in the organization including other analysts, project managers, and executives to ensure work requests are completed timely and accurately.

Remote, work from home opportunity.

Weekend Coverage (Wed-Sun): 12:30 AM IST – 9:30 AM IST.

India compensation is based upon the local competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with EDD, Data Hosting, Project Management, and Data Management teams to research and resolve escalated issues encountered within a process as well as request and perform quality control for completed tasks
  • Works with others to communicate the status and completion of tasks as well as answering project specific questions regarding tasks the Analyst is actively assigned and to provide required reporting
  • Works constructively and collaboratively with colleagues with constant focus on improving efficiency and quality
  • Process and deliver data productions in accordance with client specifications
  • Normalize data received from third-part clients
  • Format and deliver all non-hosting deliveries of processed Electronic Discovery
  • Process and deliver any special requests from the client that falls outside of the EDRM model
  • Perform quality assurance procedures for completed tasks within data management workflows
  • Submit all billable hours associated with procedures performed to time portal system
  • Maintain a general understanding of our industry and trends and a thorough understanding of all company products and services and technologies
  • Manage changing requirements, workload and priorities
  • Complies with established KLDiscovery processes and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience desired
  • Fluent and strong communication skills in English required
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and capacity to develop and articulate complex solutions that combine technology and services
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to grasp and explain advanced technological and business concepts
  • Programming, scripting, and regular expression experience a plus
  • Advanced abilities within Microsoft Excel required
  • Relativity experience a plus
  • SQL proficiency a plus
  • Requires technical knowledge of at least one common Litigation Support tool, including, but not limited to: Concordance (preferred); Ipro; LAW; Summation

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for resolution of IT hardware asset record discrepancies and where appropriate, approving the bulk loading and updating of IT hardware asset related data into the IT asset repository.
  • Ensure to follow the IT asset management policies, processes and procedures for each specific customer and is responsible for the quality of the IT hardware data, including all updates resulting from IMACD activity and bulk load requirements.
  • Verify all necessary tools are in place and functioning properly. Make sure all necessary processes are documented. Show eagerness to learn and grow in a ITAM role.
  • Ensure SLAs are met.
  • Ensure metrics are green.
  • Identify gaps between delivery team and delivery model capability and contractual requirements.
  • Escalate, follow up and resolve any issue related with delivery gaps.
  • Monitor activities and provide direction to the leveraged support team.

Basic Qualifications Entry level

  • Typically, 0-2 years of work experience.
  • A strong desire to gain experience in IT Asset Management.
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications: Relevant certifications, such as CHAMP, CSAM, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, are a plus.

The Account Receivable Junior Analyst is accountable for timely and accurate recording of cash receipts, direct debit run and match invoices into the AR ledgers. The main responsibility is to post cash to outstanding invoices and undertake the reconciliation of a variety of currency account reconciliations, added to several specific accounting tasks from simple to medium transactions. Acting as support to the collections team, to ensure customer accounts are supervised are tightly controlled and aligned with BP Policy. This includes regular contact with internal / external collaborators to reach yearly goals / targets. Prepare documents for period close while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures in the drive for exceptional customer service, operational excellence and compliance. Build up and maintain professional relationship with Business Partners.

Key Accountabilities and challenges:

  • Perform the day-to-day processing of cheques, Direct Debit run, EFT/wire transfers, AR transactions to ensure that cash receipts are recorded in the AR ledger on an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.

  • Review and process refund transactions, deductions and other differences in adherence with the policy.

  • Review of auto posted transactions

  • Issue debit notes and credit notes in adherence to the policy.

  • Timely allocation of incoming payments, unapplied cash, and research on payment discrepancies

  • Take care of a wide variety of ad-hoc queries and monitoring of customers’ accounts consistent with BP’s credit standards.

  • Responsible for researching and resolving problems within designated guidelines and researching through multiple database resources and coordinating with collection teams /and or directly with customers as vital.

  • Maintaining the action to track and resolve outstanding A/R, Collections activities / issues which need immediate attention in coordination with different customers.

  • Review the weekly and monthly bank reconciliation to ensure no unidentified deposit and keeping tracks and reconciles daily/monthly AR balance

Essential Education & Experience:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field with relevant language skills.

  • Previous accounts receivable, cash application, master data or data analytical /customer service experience (2+ years)

  • Shared service center experience

  • Experience dealing/working with sales and external customers

  • Good Analytical and numerical skills with financial accounting experience.

  • Relevant systems knowledge – AS 400 and SAP

  • English, B2-C1

  • Good interpersonal, influential and decision-making skills to manage and maintain good relationships with key collaborators.

  • Able to deal with complex situations while maintaining the right balance of customer and business focus

 About the Role: 

We are seeking a Customer Insight Specialist with a robust background in Contact Center Customer Quality and process improvement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer insights, identifying patterns, and driving actionable recommendations that enhance customer satisfaction, reduce friction, and improve overall service delivery. This position is an onsite role based in Gurgaon and requires collaboration with Quality, Customer Service, Product, and Process Excellence teams.  Execute Voice of Customer programs, ensuring continuous collection, classification, and reporting of customer feedback across all touchpoints (calls, chats, emails, surveys, reviews). 

  • Work with stakeholders to categorize VOC inputs using frameworks such as 7Ps (Product, Price, People, Process, Policy, Promotion, Platform) or business-specific taxonomies. 
  • Collaborate with Quality teams to triage complaints and feedback into root causes, linking them with quality metrics and customer pain points. 
  • Generate monthly customer insights and detailed reports to highlight top concerns, sentiment trends, and process gaps. 
  • Support CX projects by providing data-driven insights that influence process redesigns, training requirements, or product changes. 
  • Liaise with NPS, ORM, CSAT, and CES survey owners to correlate feedback with performance metrics. 
  • Present findings in review forums, ensuring business leaders are informed and aligned on customer improvement opportunities. 

Desired Skills and Qualifications: 

  • 0-3 years of experience in Contact Center Quality, VOC analytics, or CX Insights roles. 
  • Strong understanding of VOC classification, customer journey mapping, and root cause analysis. 
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). 
  • Familiarity with tools such as CRM systems, AI GPTs, and feedback tools is advantageous. 
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and influence stakeholders.
