This role involves working on research reports, capital market transactions, and financial/non-financial data collection to support clients in making informed decisions. Job Summary

As a Data Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and validate critical financial and non-financial data from various sources. You will also contribute to monitoring global industry news, trade publications, and market activities to deliver accurate and timely insights. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in corporate finance, research, and data analysis, and offers opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to global projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and validate financial and non-financial data from internal and external sources.

• Maintain and update profiles of capital market transactions.

• Monitor global trade publications, industry journals, and news aggregators to track investment activity.

• Input accurate information into internal work tools based on guidelines.

• Contribute ideas for improving data collection methods and product enhancements.

• Meet individual and team performance targets with high quality and accuracy.

• Troubleshoot issues and support process improvement, LEAN, and automation projects.

• Collaborate with teams to refine procedures and ensure content accuracy.

Required Skills

• Fresher candidates (2024 & 2025 pass-outs) – MBA, BBA, or any Non-Tech Graduate/Postgraduate.

• Strong communication skills (oral & written).

• Basic understanding of corporate finance and financial statements.

• Familiarity with secondary research sources.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work in a 24x5 rotational shift environment.

• Strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills.

• Ability to conduct online research efficiently.

Qualification

• MBA/BBA/Any Non-Tech Graduate/Postgraduate (Freshers, 2024 & 2025 batch).

• Knowledge of corporate finance, accountancy, or research is a plus.
