Join Deloitte’s Germany ADM Team and play a key role in supporting financial operations, reporting, and analysis. As an Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with the German finance team, ensuring accuracy in ADM processes, billing, and SAP-based operations. This role is ideal for professionals with a finance background who are eager to grow in a dynamic, global environment.

Job Summary

As part of the USI DE ADM team, you will work on end-to-end ADM financial activities, including data management, reporting, and analysis. You’ll use tools such as SAP (SWIFT) and S/4HANA while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely billing, reporting, and operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1. ADM Operations – Existing DC

• Report challenges and issues promptly to team leads or seniors.

• Coordinate with the GFS team for task completion updates.

• Respond to DC queries related to invoices, timesheets, and HR data.

• Ensure timely billing and payment processing as per agreed terms.

• Follow up with GFS to confirm invoice processing and resolve issues.

2. New DC Onboarding

• Support seniors in testing different SDS scenarios for new DC onboarding.

• Document challenges during the testing phase and report them for review.

3. ADM Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in preparing new reports for COOs and business lines as requested.

• Handle general business queries and ad-hoc reporting requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, B.Com, BBA, or MBA.

• 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting operations.

• Strong numerical and analytical mindset with commercial awareness.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.

• Ability to take ownership, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of SAP (SWIFT or S/4HANA) is an added advantage.

• Prior experience in business accounting or financial controlling is preferred.

🕒 Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
