Role Overview

As a Data Analyst in the Data Analytics & Insights (DA&I) team, you’ll play a key role in aligning business strategy with data-driven insights. You’ll collaborate across teams, use modern analytics tools like Power BI and Python, and build intelligent dashboards that guide critical business decisions.

This is a hybrid role, reporting to the Engineering Manager – IT, based in Pune, with opportunities to work across Noida and Bangalore offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with DA&I Technical Leads and stakeholders to define short- and long-term analytics priorities.

• Transform business requirements into actionable data solutions using Power BI, Python, and advanced data modeling.

• Manage dependencies and coordinate analytics projects to ensure timely, efficient delivery.

• Collaborate with DA&I Engineers on L2/L3 issue resolutions and continuous improvement.

• Lead initiatives in data literacy, governance, and change management to promote analytics adoption across teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of data modeling, star schema, facts & dimensions.

• Proficiency in Power BI, Python, and data mining tools.

• Experience with SAP ECC and CRM systems.

• Understanding of object-oriented design and system architecture.

• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall development lifecycles.

• Experience in metadata management and data governance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Capable of managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

• Exposure to vendor management and organizational change readiness.
