As a KYC Operations Analyst, you will work closely with Relationship Management and Compliance teams to ensure all client onboarding and due diligence activities meet Citi’s global standards. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to build a career in financial operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Relationship Management and Compliance teams to prepare, review, and approve Know Your Client (KYC) records.

• Create and maintain KYC records by collecting data from internal databases, regulatory websites, and client sources.

• Validate information and ensure all Customer Identification Program (CIP) documents are accurate and complete.

• Ensure KYC records comply with local regulatory requirements and Global BSU standards.

• Track and report KYC progress from initiation to final approval.

• Maintain and update the BSU tool for record management and workflow accuracy.

• Uphold Citi’s ethical standards by ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and risk management protocols.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent qualification.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive client information.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Must be currently residing in Pune.
