📝 Job Summary

As an Analyst at eClerx, you’ll play a key role in managing trade lifecycle processes, ensuring accurate data management, and maintaining high operational standards. You’ll collaborate with global teams to support investment banking operations, risk management, and client reporting while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and escalate operational risks and report outstanding issues to clients promptly.

• Support trade lifecycle activities including Trade Confirmation, Pre-Settlement, Reconciliation, and Cash Flow Settlements.

• Handle Syndicated Loans, Corporate Actions, and other capital market operations.

• Manage Reference Data, Regulatory Reporting (SDR), and KYC Compliance activities.

• Learn and work with financial instruments such as Equities, Derivatives, FX, Options, Futures, and Fixed Income.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and deliver high-quality service levels.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA) or Master’s (M.Com, MBA, PGDM).

• Experience: 0–2 years in investment banking operations or related domains.

• Basic knowledge of finance, trade lifecycle, and capital markets.

• Strong analytical, logical, and quantitative skills.

• Excellent communication and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and multitasking under deadlines.
