Job Summary
JPMorgan Chase is hiring for an Analyst – Data Operations within its Commercial & Investment Banking unit. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, solving operational problems, and supporting trading activities. You’ll handle trade order support, data analysis, reporting, automation, and help drive process improvements across the team.
Key Responsibilities

Support trade orders to ensure they flow correctly through back-office systems.

Build knowledge of market products to understand each trade and improve the trading platform.

Use automation tools to support trade processing, settlements, P&L, and confirmations.

Participate in change management initiatives to reduce disruption during transitions.

Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvements using data analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of trading services such as order execution or trade settlement.

Ability to use automation tools or technologies to improve processes.

Comfortable participating in change management activities.

Growing skills in data analysis and the ability to present insights clearly.

Ability to work with internal stakeholders and build productive relationships.
Preferred Skills
