 Job Summary

JPMorgan Chase is hiring for an Analyst – Data Operations within its Commercial & Investment Banking unit. You’ll handle trade order support, data analysis, reporting, automation, and help drive process improvements across the team.

 Key Responsibilities

• Support trade orders to ensure they flow correctly through back-office systems.

• Build knowledge of market products to understand each trade and improve the trading platform.

• Use automation tools to support trade processing, settlements, P&L, and confirmations.

• Participate in change management initiatives to reduce disruption during transitions.

• Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvements using data analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of trading services such as order execution or trade settlement.

• Ability to use automation tools or technologies to improve processes.

• Comfortable participating in change management activities.

• Growing skills in data analysis and the ability to present insights clearly.

• Ability to work with internal stakeholders and build productive relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading instruments, and the full trade lifecycle.

• Experience in financial operations, especially in trading, trade processing, or risk monitoring.
