Job Summary

The Accounts Payable team handles invoice indexing, matching, and processing for Workers’ Compensation operations. The role requires managing a high volume of invoices, ensuring same-day indexing and matching, and preparing invoices for further processing while meeting strict SLAs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) process, including invoice processing and matching.

  • Handle high volumes of invoices from multiple vendors accurately and efficiently.

  • Ensure timely completion of invoice processing and resolution of pending queries.

  • Follow strict timelines and SLAs while coordinating with onshore teams.

  • Generate reports and perform basic analysis using Excel, including pivot tables.

  • Support process improvement initiatives and follow company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • B.Com or M.Com degree

  • Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable processes

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Understanding of 2-way & 3-way matching, indexing, QA framework, and P2P cycle

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and a good team player
