We’re seeking a Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping the bank’s future by understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business requirements. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party suppliers to deliver meaningful solutions aligned with strategic goals.

Job Summary

As a Business Analyst at associate level, you’ll support the development of future state designs, document business and system requirements, and ensure alignment with domain strategy. This role offers excellent growth opportunities, hands-on experience with diverse projects, and the chance to make a direct impact on customer advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and document business requirements to guide future state design.

• Capture, validate, and document both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to align requirements with business strategy.

• Analyze existing system documentation to summarize current functionality.

• Support prioritization of team tasks based on customer and stakeholder feedback.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience applying business analysis tools and techniques.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

• Proficiency in Excel, Macros, SQL, Oracle, SQL Developer, and Data Model/FSD creation.

• Experience in delivering business analysis within a technology or IT function.

• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Good to Have:

• Business Analyst certification.

• Knowledge of application decommissioning processes.

• Understanding of record management, legal processes, and retention policies.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

• Business Analyst certification preferred.
